2017 MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

We have added a 'fillable' PDF version of the Form to the site, for 2017. It can be completed in Adobe Reader and email to us at treasurer@clwa.ca

We have also added email (Interact) as a payment method option.

This means that you can 'do-it-all' online!

Snail mail is still option, but as so many of our current members are asking for a more convenient way to renew and pay, we are hoping that our first attempt at online renewal and payment will work.

Depending on results and feedback, we will improve the process for 2018.

MESSAGE FROM CLWA PRESIDENT, RITCH SMITH:

I want to let you know where we stand with the planning for the CLWA Canada Day Boat Parade and Fireworks on the Lake.  At this moment there is no change. The Boat Parade will start about 8:30 at the light-house at Blairton Bay and the Fireworks will start after the boats from the Boat Parade are in position at about dusk, maybe 10:00 PM.  It will be a spectacular show.  Worthy of Canada and Canada Day and Canada 150.

IF the weather does not cooperate, we will delay the Boat Parade and Fireworks to Sunday, same times and same locations.  We will decide late Saturday morning.  We will notify people by email alert, on the CLWA Website, on the CLWA Facebook Page and on the M&L Facebook Page.  We do not want to postpone and we'll try hard not to, but we cannot put people at risk.

We're encouraging people in the Boat Parade to decorate with a patriot red and white theme with lights and music. Signs are okay as long as they're patriotic and NOT commercial signs.  It's Canada Day; Canada 150; Celebrate.  We encourage people on shore to do the same.

Let's make this a big party on our Lake. Happy Canada Day.
